TRACC RADIO.TV STUDIOS General Policy Welcome to TRACC RADIO.TV STUDIOS. We are committed to providing high-quality services in media tech, streaming solutions, audio app development, content distribution, artist or studio booking. Please review our general policy before making a purchase or booking our services. Booking & Service Terms By purchasing or booking any service with TRACC RADIO.TV STUDIOS, you acknowledge and agree to the following guidelines: 1. No Refund Policy • All sales and bookings are final. TRACC RADIO.TV STUDIOS does not offer refunds for any services, rentals, advertising, or digital content. • The only exception to this policy is if TRACC RADIO.TV STUDIOS is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative time. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations • If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must provide a minimum of 1 week notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability. • Cancellations made by the client will not be refunded or credited toward future services. 3. Event Space & Studio Rental • Clients using our event space or studio must adhere to all guidelines provided at the time of booking. • Any damages or excessive cleaning required after your session will result in additional charges. 4. Advertising & Digital Content • All advertisements, promotions, or digital content sales are final and non-refundable. • TRACC RADIO.TV STUDIOS reserves the right to reject any content that does not align with our brand values. 5. Service Agreement • By making a purchase, booking a service, or reserving our space, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our policies. • TRACC RADIO.TV STUDIOS reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time.
