Please make sure to purchase the the add ons if we need to bring a sound system and or lighting if this is an in person booking. You will be contacted on the date that you schedule on the calendar. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ADD A FEE FOR SET UP AND BREAKDOWN THAT WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE RATE. YOU WILL SEE THE FEE AS A SET UP FEE UPON RECEIVING THE LINK FOR BOOKING. *TO BOOK TRACC THE DJ WITHOUT THE STATION REQUEST HER SEPARATE RATE.*
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Booking TRACC THE DJ We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our clients as best as possible. However, due to the nature of our services, the following cancellation policy applies: • Cancellations made less than 14 days (two weeks) prior to the event date will incur a cancellation fee equal to one hour of service ($400). • All sales are final once services are rendered. No refunds will be issued. By booking TRACC THE DJ, you agree to these terms. Thank you for your understanding and support!
